Reiki Level One invites students into a deeper relationship with their own energy and innate capacity for healing. Through attunement, guided practice, and reflection, participants learn to cultivate presence, compassion, and trust in the natural flow of Reiki. This level focuses on self-care, grounding, and opening to intuitive awareness as a foundation for personal and spiritual growth.
