We will be working with energy on a very alchemical level, meaning we are far more sensitive than ever and can affect the world in a way never before possible. Planetary shifts, sun flares and new astrological alignments are all amplifying the elements of fire, air, water and earth. Due to this, self-sourcing is essential for our health and well-being. This day will help fine-tune your ability to listen and feel your inner channels of source and wisdom.

Join me for a day of prana yoga, new practical meditations, an amplification attunement, sound healing, and powerful journaling exercises to help you channel the simple, step-by-step information you need to stay in the moment and tap into joy every day. Stay into the night for a lovely dinner, sound healing, and open talk around the fire.

Intro level I is available for those who have never taken Reiki.
